We're a family-owned event rental company rooted in Cassville, MO. Everything we do — from the pieces we build to the way we show up on event day — reflects the craftsmanship and hospitality this region is known for.
How It Started
We Couldn't Find What We Wanted, So We Built It.
Vintage Ozark Party Rentals started the way a lot of good things do — out of necessity. When we were planning events for our own family and friends, we kept running into the same problem: the rental options in SW Missouri were either generic, overpriced, or just plain uninspiring. Cookie-cutter arches. Plastic chairs. Nothing that felt like it belonged in the Ozarks.
So we started building our own pieces. Farm tables with real character. Ceremony arches with handcrafted detail. Flower walls and champagne walls that looked like they came from a high-end design studio — because we built them to. Word spread fast. Friends asked to rent them. Then friends of friends. Then strangers.
Today, Vintage Ozark Party Rentals serves weddings, birthdays, corporate events, and specialty celebrations across SW Missouri and NW Arkansas. We've grown our inventory, expanded our service area, and added full custom event design — but the core of what we do hasn't changed. We build beautiful things, we show up on time, and we treat every event like it matters. Because it does.
