How do I get started?

The easiest way is to fill out our free quote request form or give us a call at (417) 846-8108. We'll ask a few questions about your event — date, location, guest count, and what you're envisioning — and put together a custom quote within 24 hours.

How far in advance should I book?

As early as possible, especially for peak season (May–October). Popular dates fill up 6–12 months in advance. That said, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when availability allows — don't hesitate to reach out even if your event is soon.

Do you offer a free consultation?

Yes — every booking starts with a free consultation. For our Custom Event Design service, we offer an in-depth design consultation where we walk through your full vision. For standard rentals, we'll discuss your needs over the phone or via email.

Can I visit to see the rental items in person?

Yes! We're based in Cassville, MO and welcome clients to view our inventory by appointment. Call or message us to schedule a time. Seeing the pieces in person is a great way to make sure everything fits your vision.

What information do you need to provide a quote?

To give you an accurate quote, it helps to know: your event date, venue location, approximate guest count, which items you're interested in, and whether you need setup and teardown. The more detail you share, the more precise your quote will be.

Do you deliver and set up everything?

Yes. We handle delivery, professional setup, and full teardown for every order. You don't have to lift a finger. Our team arrives at your venue, sets everything up exactly as planned, and returns after your event to break it all down.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is priced based on distance from our base in Cassville, MO. It's always quoted upfront as a line item — no surprise charges on delivery day. We serve SW Missouri and NW Arkansas, including Branson, Springfield, Joplin, Rogers, Bentonville, and Fayetteville.

What is your service area?

We primarily serve SW Missouri and NW Arkansas. This includes Cassville, Branson, Springfield, Joplin, Neosho, Rogers, Bentonville, Fayetteville, and surrounding areas. For events outside this region, contact us — we may be able to accommodate depending on the event size.

How long does setup take?

Setup time varies depending on the size and complexity of your order. A simple rental drop-off may take 30–60 minutes, while a full custom design setup can take several hours. We coordinate with your venue to ensure everything is ready well before your guests arrive.

Question 10

What if my venue has limited access or special requirements?

Just let us know when you book. We're experienced working with a wide range of venues — from open fields to indoor ballrooms. We'll ask about access, parking, and any restrictions during the planning process so there are no surprises on event day.

Question 11

How much is the deposit?

Accepted Answer

We require a 25% deposit to hold your date. This deposit is applied toward your total balance. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, personal check, Venmo, and all major credit cards. Payment details are included in your invoice. If you have a preferred payment method not listed here, just ask — we're flexible.

Do you offer payment plans?

For larger orders, we can discuss a payment schedule. Reach out and we'll work something out that fits your budget. We want your event to happen — we're not here to make the financial side stressful.

Are there any hidden fees?

Never. Your quote includes every cost — rental items, delivery, setup, and teardown. What we quote is what you pay. The only exception is a damage deposit for certain high-value items, which is fully refunded after the event if items are returned in good condition.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 30 or more days before the event receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 30 days forfeit the deposit. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are charged 50% of the total order. See our Policies page for full details.

Question 16

Can I make changes to my order after booking?

Yes — you can add or swap items up to 14 days before your event, subject to availability. We'll update your invoice accordingly. Removing items within 14 days may still be subject to the original quoted price depending on the item.

What happens if there's bad weather?

For outdoor events, we recommend having a backup plan. If severe weather makes setup unsafe, we'll work with you to reschedule or adjust the setup location. Weather-related cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis — we'll always do our best to find a solution.

Are your pieces really handcrafted?

Yes — many of our signature pieces, including our ceremony arches, farm tables, flower walls, and champagne walls, are handcrafted right here in the Ozarks. We build them ourselves, which means better quality, unique character, and pieces you won't find at a big-box rental company.

Can I rent just one or two items?

Absolutely. We offer à la carte rentals starting at $75. You can rent a single arch, a set of chairs, or just a selfie mirror — whatever you need. There's no minimum order requirement.

Question 20

What if an item gets damaged during my event?

Accepted Answer

Accidents happen. Minor wear is expected and covered. For significant damage, a repair or replacement fee may apply. For high-value items like the selfie mirror or cold spark machines, we collect a refundable damage deposit at booking. Full details are in our Policies.

Do you offer custom or themed setups?
